- KKR Matching Gift Program: In keeping with our culture of giving back to the communities in which we work and live, KKR’s matching gift program matches donations that employees make to eligible nonprofit organizations dollar for dollar annually.
- Non-Profit Board Service: Employees at every level of the Firm are encouraged and actively assisted in finding non-profit board placements. Through KKR’s extensive partnerships with organizations such as Robin Hood in New York, Tipping Point in San Francisco’s Bay Area, and the Private Equity Foundation in London, employees are regularly connected with nonprofit board service opportunities.
