Henry R. Kravis
Co-Chairman and Co-CEO, Founded KKR in 1976

Henry Kravis (New York) co-founded KKR in 1976 and is Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He is actively involved in managing the Firm and serves on each of the regional Private Equity Investment and Portfolio Management Committees. Mr. Kravis currently serves on the board of First Data Corporation and China International Capital Corporation Limited. He also serves as a director, chairman emeritus or trustee of several cultural, professional, and educational institutions, including The Business Council, Claremont McKenna College, Columbia Business School, the Council on Foreign Relations, Mount Sinai Hospital, the New York City Investment Fund, Partnership for New York City, Rockefeller University, and Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. He earned a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College in 1967 and an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School in 1969. Mr. Kravis has more than four decades of experience financing, analyzing, and investing in public and private companies, as well as serving on the boards of a number of KKR portfolio companies.

George R. Roberts
Co-Chairman and Co-CEO, Founded KKR in 1976

George Roberts (Menlo Park) co-founded KKR in 1976 and is Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He is actively involved in managing the Firm and serves on each of the regional Private Equity Investment and Portfolio Management Committees. Mr. Roberts currently serves as a director or trustee of several cultural and educational institutions, including Claremont McKenna College and the San Francisco Symphony. He is also founder and Chairman of the board of directors of REDF, a San Francisco nonprofit organization. He earned a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College in 1966 and a J.D. from the University of California (Hastings) Law School in 1969. Mr. Roberts has more than four decades of experience financing, analyzing, and investing in public and private companies, as well as serving on the boards of a number of KKR portfolio companies.

Raj Agrawal
Head, Infrastructure, Joined KKR in 2006

Raj Agrawal (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2006 and is the North American head of KKR’s Infrastructure business. He is a member of the boards of directors of the Colonial Pipeline Company, El Paso Midstream Investment Corp, and Dollar General. Prior to joining KKR, he was a Vice President with Warburg Pincus, where he was involved in the execution and oversight of a number of investments in the energy and infrastructure sector. Mr. Agrawal’s prior experience also includes Thayer Capital Partners, where he played a role in the firm’s business and manufacturing services investments, and McKinsey & Company, where he provided strategic merger and acquisition counsel to clients in a variety of industries. He holds a B.A. with honors and distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University, and an M.B.A., Arjay Miller Scholar, from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Joseph Y. Bae
Managing Partner of KKR Asia, Joined KKR in 1996

Joseph Bae (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 1996 and is the Managing Partner of KKR Asia. Mr. Bae also serves as a member of KKR's Asian Private Equity Investment Committee, Asian Portfolio Management Committee, China Growth Fund Investment Committee, and Risk Management Committee. He has played a significant role in the investments in Oriental Brewery, Intelligence, BIS Cleanaway, Borden, Elmers Inc., MMI, Unisteel, PanAmSat, PRIMEDIA, Seven Media Group, Shoppers Drug Mart, Visant, World Color Press, and Yellow Pages Group. Currently, Mr. Bae is on the boards of directors of Oriental Brewery and Intelligence. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Bae worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Principal Investment group, where he was involved in a broad range of merchant banking transactions. He holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard College. Mr. Bae is actively involved in a number of nonprofit organizations, such as Asia Art Archives and Yaddo and is a member of the Investment Committee of Phillips Academy.

Scott Bookmyer
Head, KKR Capstone Asia, Joined KKR in 2002

Scott Bookmyer (Hong Kong) joined KKR Capstone in 2002 and is the head of KKR Capstone Asia. He is a member of the Asian Portfolio Management Committee and serves on the board of directors for Unisteel. He is active in the value creation efforts at BIS Industries, Dalmia Cement, Intelligence, Modern Dairy, Oriental Brewery, Rundong Auto, Unisteel, and VATS. Mr. Bookmyer originally joined KKR Capstone in New York, supporting Energy Future Holdings, Toys ‘R’ Us, Sealy, and the Yellow Pages Group. Prior to KKR Capstone, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group, supporting companies in the industrial, consumer goods, retail and financial services sectors. He holds a B.A. with honors from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.

Simon E. Brown
Head, Consumer Products, Joined KKR in 2003

Simon E. Brown (New York) joined KKR in 2003 and leads KKR’s Consumer team in the Americas. Mr. Brown has been involved with investments at KKR including Avago Technologies, Del Monte Foods, The Nielsen Company (formerly VNU Group), Sealy Corporation, and SunGard Data Systems, and is currently on the boards of directors of Del Monte Foods, The Nielsen Company and Sealy. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Brown was with Madison Dearborn Partners, Thomas H. Lee Company, and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, where he was involved in a broad range of private equity transactions. He holds a B.Com with first class honors from Queen’s University and an M.B.A. with high distinction, Baker Scholar, John L. Loeb Fellow, from Harvard Business School.

Michael M. Calbert
Head, Retail Industry Team, Joined KKR in 2000

Michael Calbert (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2000 and is head of the Retail industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. Mr. Calbert serves on KKR’s regional Private Equity Investment Committees. He has been involved in the investments in Dollar General, Pets at Home, Shoppers Drug Mart, Toys ‘R’ Us, and U.S. Foodservice and is currently on the board of directors of Dollar General, Pets at Home, Toys ‘R’ Us, and U.S. Foodservice. Prior to KKR, Mr. Calbert served as Chief Financial Officer of Randall’s Food Markets, ultimately taking the company through an investment by KKR in June 1997. He also previously worked as a consultant with Arthur Andersen Worldwide, where his primary focus was on the retail/consumer industry. He holds a B.A. from Stephen F. Austin University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. Mr. Calbert is a trustee of The Phillips Brooks School and chairs the capital campaign for The Woodside Priory School.

Mattia Caprioli
Head, Business Services, Europe, Joined KKR in 2001

Mattia Caprioli (London) joined KKR in 2001 and is the head of the Services industry team in Europe within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He has played a significant role in many investments including Legrand, Toys 'R' Us, FL Selenia, PagesJaunes, AVR, Van Gansewinkel, Alliance Boots, Inaer, and Bond Aviation. Currently, Mr. Caprioli serves on the boards of directors of Alliance Boots, Legrand, and Inaer. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Caprioli was with Goldman Sachs International in London, where he was involved in a broad array of mergers & acquisitions and financing work across a variety of industries. He holds a M.Sc., summa cum laude, from L. Bocconi University.

Brian F. Carroll
Head, Retail & Consumer Products, Europe, Joined KKR in 1995

Brian Carroll (London) joined KKR in 1995 and is the head of the Consumer and Retail industry teams in Europe within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He is also a member of the European Fund Investment Committee. Mr. Carroll has played a significant role in many investments including Laureate Education, Sealy Corporation, Borden, Merit Behavioral Care, Randall’s Food Markets, Rockwood/Dynamit Nobel, Harman International, Wild Flavors, Wincor Nixdorf, and Pets at Home. He is currently a member of the boards of directors of Rockwood Holdings, Laureate Education, Harman International and Pets at Home. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Carroll was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he worked on a broad range of high yield financing, corporate finance and merchant banking transactions. He has a B.S., B.A.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Herald Chen
Joined KKR in 2007

Herald Chen (Menlo Park) rejoined KKR in 2007, having previously worked for the Firm from 1995 to 1997, and is a member of the Technology industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He has been directly involved with the investments in Visma, Kodak, Sun Microsystems and Kindercare Learning Centers and serves on the board of Visma. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Chen was a Managing Director with Fox Paine & Company, Chief Executive Officer of ACMI Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer and co-Founder of Jamcracker, Inc. He was also with Goldman, Sachs & Co. He holds a B.S. and a B.S.E., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Clifford Chiu
Joined KKR in 2007

Clifford Chiu (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2007 and is a member of the Client & Partner Group, focusing on Asia. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Chiu was a Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, based in Hong Kong, where he led both the institutional and global liquidity businesses on the buy-side in the Asia Pacific region. He also worked as a Managing Director at Citigroup, and its predecessor firms, including the Salomon Smith Barney unit, in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Mr. Chiu received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Chiu is a government appointee on the human resources advisory committee for the financial services sector in Hong Kong, as well as a director of the United Christian Hospital and St. James Settlement.

Adam H. Clammer
Head, Technology Group, Joined KKR in 1995

Adam Clammer (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 1995 and is the head of the Global Technology Group. He has been actively involved with several companies, including Aricent, Avago, Borden, Go Daddy, Intermedia, Jazz, MedCath, NuVox, NXP, RELTEC, SunGard, TASC, and Zhone. He is currently on the boards of directors of Aricent, Avago, Go Daddy, and TASC and is a member of the Operating Committee of SunGard. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Clammer was with the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley & Co. in Hong Kong and New York. He received a B.S. from the University of California and an M.B.A. with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School. He is also a trustee of San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

William L. Cornog
Head of KKR Capstone Europe, Joined KKR in 2002

William Cornog (London) joined KKR Capstone in 2002 and is the head of KKR Capstone Europe. Mr. Cornog also serves as a member of KKR’s Portfolio Management Committee. At KKR Capstone, he has been involved with companies across KKR’s North American, Asian and European portfolios. Prior to joining KKR Capstone, Mr. Cornog was with Williams Communications Group as the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Network Services. Prior to Williams, he was a partner at The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Cornog has also worked in direct marketing with Age Wave Communications and in marketing and sales positions with SmithKline Beecham. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Cornog is active in the community, serving as the Chairman of the board for ThinkForward.

Suzanne O. Donohoe
Head, Client and Partner Group, Joined KKR in 2009

Suzanne Donohoe (New York) joined KKR in 2009 and is the global head of KKR’s Client and Partner Group and a Member of KKR. Prior to joining KKR, she was with the Goldman Sachs Group, serving as a Partner and head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International. Ms. Donohoe also led Goldman Sachs Asset Management's client businesses in North America and co-headed GSAM's EMEA business. Ms. Donohoe holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

John Empson
Head, Debt, Europe, Joined KKR in 2008

John Empson (London) is a Member of KKR and joined KKR Capital Markets in 2008. Mr Empson was with JP Morgan for 21 years and was formerly head of JP Morgan's European leveraged loan capital markets business between 2003 and 2008. He has had long term experience in the European debt markets and in leveraged finance debt origination and structuring, and has worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions syndicated in the European market.

Erik Falk
Co-Head, Leveraged Credit, Joined KKR in 2008

Erik Falk (New York) joined KKR in 2008 and is co-head of Leveraged Credit at KKR. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Falk was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. where he was most recently global co-head of the Securitized Products Group. Prior to that, Mr. Falk worked for Credit Suisse First Boston where he was a Director in the Asset Backed Securities department. Mr. Falk holds a B.S. and M.S. from Stanford University.

Craig J. Farr
Head, KKR Capital Markets, Joined KKR in 2006

Craig Farr (New York) joined KKR in 2006 and is head of KKR Capital Markets. Mr. Farr is responsible for driving the build out of the structuring, capital markets advisory and distribution resources in KKR's global capital markets business. Mr. Farr is also a member of KKR’s Special Situations Investment Committee and Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Farr was with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. where he served as Managing Director and co-head of North American Equity Capital Markets. He began his career at Salomon Brothers in the investment banking division. Mr. Farr holds a B.Comm. from Queen’s University.

Todd A. Fisher
Chief Administrative Officer, Joined KKR in 1993

Todd Fisher (New York) joined KKR in 1993 and is KKR’s Global Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Fisher is responsible for overseeing the finance, legal, IT, HR, public affairs and office operations functions, coordinating with the various businesses and geographies of KKR and overseeing the Firm's efforts in Real Estate. He is a member of KKR’s U.S. Private Equity Investment Committee and chairs the Firm’s Management Committee. Since joining KKR, he has been involved in Vendex KBB (Maxeda), Dynamit Nobel (now part of) Rockwood Specialties Inc., Northgate Information Solutions, Accuride Corporation, Alea Group Holdings Ltd., Bristol West Group, Merit Behavioral Care, and Willis Group Ltd. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Fisher worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and for Drexel Burnham Lambert in Los Angeles. Mr. Fisher holds a B.A. from Brown University, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a trustee of the Private Equity Foundation and a member of the Advisory Council for the Johns Hopkins University School for Advanced International Studies.

Jacques Garaïalde
Co-Head, Technology, Europe, Joined KKR in 2003

Jacques Garaïalde (London) joined KKR in 2003 and is a member of the Technology industry team in Europe within KKR’s Private Equity platform. Mr. Garaïalde oversees KKR’s activities in France and Belgium. He has been directly involved with the investments in Legrand, PagesJaunes Groupe, Tarkett, and Visma. Currently, he is on the boards of directors of Legrand, PagesJaunes Groupe, Tarkett, Visma, and Sorgenia. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Garaïalde was a Managing Director and Partner at the Carlyle Group, where he managed the Europe Venture Partners fund. He previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Esso France. He holds an M.Sc. from Ecole Polytechnique and an M.B.A. from INSEAD. Mr. Garaïalde is also President of the Ecole Polytechnique Charitable Trust and on the board of directors of the Ecole Polytechnique Foundation.

Frederick M. Goltz
Head, Asset Management Mezzanine Business, Joined KKR in 1995

Frederick M. Goltz (San Francisco) joined KKR in 1995 and is the head of the Credit Strategies Group within KKR Asset Management where he is also head of Mezzanine and has responsibility for our liquid credit businesses, Special Situations and Lending Partners. He is a member of the Credit, Mezzanine and Capital Solutions Investment Committees and the KKR Asset Management Portfolio Management Committee. He was previously co-head of the Energy and Natural Resources industry team and played a significant role in the development of many of the themes pursued by KKR in the energy space, including those related to integrated utilities, merchant generation, and oil and gas exploration and production. He was involved in KKR’s investment in Texas Genco as well as Energy Future Holdings. Prior to KKR, Mr. Goltz was with Furman Selz Incorporated in its Corporate Finance Department sector. He has a B.A., B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Reinhard Gorenflos
Joined KKR in 2001

Reinhard Gorenflos (London) joined KKR in 2001 and is a member of KKR’s Private Equity platform, also serving on the European Portfolio Management Committee and Infrastructure Investment Committee. He has played a leading role in KKR’s investments in AVR, Van Gansewinkel, Duales System Deutschland (DSD), FL Selenia, MTU Aero Engines, Demag, Zumtobel, and Legrand. He is lead partner and board member of Van Gansewinkel Group, ATU, and U.N. Ro-Ro. Mr. Gorenflos holds a degree from Freiburg University, and an M.P.A., John McCloy Academic Scholar, from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

James H. Greene, Jr.
Co-Head, Industrials, Joined KKR in 1986

James Greene, Jr. (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 1986 and is co-head of KKR’s Industrials industry team. He has been involved in investments including Accuride, Aricent, Avago Technologies, Intermedia Communications, NuVox (NewSouth Communications), Owens-Illinois, Randall's Food Markets, RELTEC, RJR Nabisco, Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Stop & Shop Companies, Sun Microsystems, SunGard Data Systems, TASC, Tenovis, and Zhone Technologies. He is currently on the boards of directors of Aricent, Capsugel, SunGard Data Systems, and TASC. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Greene was a Vice President of Bankers Trust Company in Los Angeles where he was involved in large corporate lending, management buyout financings and other merger & acquisition transactions. He holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Greene is a Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, Vice Chairman of Penn's Athletic Overseers Board, Co-Chairman of Penn's Lacrosse Alumni Board, and Chairman of the Alexis de Toqueville Society of the United Way of the Bay Area.

Robert Howard
Head, Equity Strategies, Joined KKR in 2011

Robert Howard (New York) joined KKR in 2011 and is the head of KKR’s Equity Strategies team within KKR Asset Management, where he leads the equities-focused public market alternative investment effort. Prior to joining KKR, he served as the head of Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies Americas equities/credit investment businesses. Mr. Howard holds an A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College and an M.B.A. with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School. He is also on the executive committee of the Harvard Club of New Jersey and is a member of the Society of Mayflower Descendants in the state of New Jersey.

Johannes P. Huth
Head of KKR Europe, Joined KKR in 1999

Johannes P. Huth (London) joined KKR in 1999 and is a Member of KKR and Director of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Ltd. Mr. Huth is responsible for KKR’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and is President of KKR SAS. He is also a member of several of the Firm’s Investment Committees. He has participated in investments including Wincor Nixdorf, Zumtobel, Demag Holdings, MTU Aero Engines, DSD, Selenia, Kion Group, NXP Semiconductors, Pro7 Sat1, BMG and Wild. He is currently a member of the supervisory board of Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG) and the supervisory board of Kion. He serves as Vice Chairman of both the supervisory board of NXP BV and ProSieben Sat 1 Media AG, and is a member of the advisory board of Wild Flavors GmbH. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Huth was a member of Investcorp’s Management Committee and was also responsible for the firm’s operations in Europe. Previously, he was with Salomon Brothers, where he was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions departments in London and New York. Mr. Huth holds a BSc. with highest honors from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a trustee of the Private Equity Foundation, the Design Museum, the Staedel Museum in Frankfurt and a governor of the London School of Economics.

William J. Janetschek
Chief Financial Officer, Joined KKR in 1997

William Janetschek (New York) joined KKR in 1997 and is KKR’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Janetschek is also a member of KKR's Valuation Committee and the Firm's Risk Committee. Prior to joining KKR, he was a Tax Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He holds a B.S. from St. John’s University and an M.S. from Pace University. Mr. Janetschek is actively involved in the community, serving as a sponsor and member of a variety of non-profit organizations including Student Sponsor Partners and St. John’s University.

David M. Kerko
Technology Leader, Hardware, Joined KKR in 1998

David Kerko (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 1998 and is a member of the Technology industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He was actively involved in the investments in Borden, Toys ‘R’ Us, TASC, and NXP (formerly Philips Semiconductor) and is currently on the board of directors of TASC. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Kerko was with Gleacher NatWest Inc. where he was involved in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions and financing work. He holds a B.S. and B.S.E., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Henrik Kraft
Co-Head, Media & Communications, Joined KKR in 2006

Henrik Kraft (London) joined KKR in 2006 and co-leads KKR’s Media & Communications industry team in Europe within KKR’s Private Equity platform. Mr. Kraft is also responsible for the development of KKR’s activities in the Nordic countries. He has been actively involved with investments in Ambea, Alliance Boots, TDC, and Versatel. Mr. Kraft currently serves on the boards of directors of TDC, Versatel, and Ambea. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Kraft was with Apax Partners in London focusing on technology and telecoms investments including TDC and Intelsat. Previously, he was a strategy consultant with Braxton Associates. Mr. Kraft holds a M.Eng. with first class honors from the University of Oxford.

Marc S. Lipschultz
Head, Energy & Infrastructure, Joined KKR in 1995

Marc Lipschultz (New York) joined KKR in 1995 and is the Global Head of KKR's Energy and Infrastructure business. Mr. Lipschultz currently serves as a member of KKR's Infrastructure Investment Committee and the Oil & Gas Investment Committee. He has played a leading role in many investments including DPL, International Transmission Company, Texas Genco, Energy Future Holdings, East Resources, Hilcorp Resources, El Paso Midstream and Colonial Pipeline. Mr. Lipschultz is on the board of directors of Energy Future Holdings. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lipschultz was with Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was involved in a broad array of mergers and acquisitions as well as the firm's principal investment activities. He received an A.B. with honors and distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University and an M.B.A. with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School. Mr. Lipschultz is actively involved in a variety of non-profit organizations, serving as a trustee or board member of the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, Bard College, Center for Curatorial Studies, Michael J. David H. Liu
Head, China, Joined KKR in 2006

David Haifeng Liu (Beijing) joined KKR in 2006 and is CEO of KKR Greater China. Mr. Liu has established one of the leading private equity track records in Greater China and played a significant role in a number of investments such as Mengniu Dairy, Ping An Insurance, Belle International, Nanfu Battery, Paradise Retail, Hengan International, Shanshui Cement, China Modern Dairy, Far East Horizon, VATS Liquor, Rundong Auto, and China International Capital Corporation, among others. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Liu was Managing Director and co-head of Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia. Mr. Liu graduated with a B.S. from Columbia University as salutatorian.

Ming Lu
Regional Leader, Southeast Asia, Joined KKR in 2006

Ming Lu (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2006 and is a member of KKR’s Private Equity platform. Mr. Lu currently serves as a member of KKR’s Asian Portfolio Management Committee, the China Growth Fund Investment Committee, and the Asian Private Equity Investment Committee. He has played a significant role in the investments in BIS Cleanaway, MMI, Unisteel Technology Limited and Masan Consumer Corporation. Mr. Lu currently sits on the board of directors of BIS Industries, MMI, Unisteel Technology Limited, and Masan Consumer Corporation. He was previously a Partner at CCMP Capital Asia (formerly J.P. Morgan Partners Asia). Mr. Lu has also worked for Lucas Varity, Kraft Foods International Inc., and CITIC Group. Mr. Lu received a B.A. from Wuhan University of Hydroelectrical Engineering and an M.B.A. from University of Leuven.

Sir Deryck Maughan

Sir Deryck Maughan (New York) joined KKR in 2005 and is the head of the Financial Services industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. Sir Deryck was Vice Chairman of Citigroup from 1998 to 2004, and Chairman and CEO of Salomon Brothers from 1992 to 1997. He was a member of H. M. Treasury from 1969 to 1979. He is a former Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange. Sir Deryck is a Harkness Fellow and a graduate of King’s College, University of London and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He serves on the boards of directors of BlackRock, GlaxoSmithKline and Thomson Reuters. Mr. Nayar was the Deputy Chairman of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA), Chairman of the Foreign Banks’ Committee of the IBA, a member of the Board of USIBC, Co-Chairman of the Banking Committee for the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), and Co-Chairman of the Habitat for Humanity India Builds campaign.
