Nate Taylor

He has been involved with investments in Academy Sports & Outdoors, Aricent, Cafe Coffee Day, Dalmia Cement, SunGard Data Systems, Sun Microsystems, Toys 'R' Us, and US Foods. He currently sits on the board of directors of Academy, Aricent, Toys 'R' Us, and US Foods. Mr. Taylor also helped establish KKR's Indian operations. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Taylor was with Bain Capital where he was involved with investments in the retail, health care and technology sectors.

Weiyu Tan

Hong Kong

(Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2007 and is currently a member of the Technology industry team. At KKR, Mr. Tan has been actively involved with the investments in MMI and Unisteel. Prior to joining KKR, he was at JP Morgan Securities in New York and was involved in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged finance and other corporate advisory transactions in the energy sector. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Marc Lipschultz

Marc Lipschultz (New York) joined KKR in 1995 and is the Global Head of KKR's Energy and Infrastructure business. Mr. Lipschultz currently serves as a member of KKR's Infrastructure Investment Committee and the Oil & Gas Investment Committee. Lynette M. Vanderwarker

Jennifer Hanley

(New York) joined KKR in 2012 and is a member of the Global Public Affairs team. Ms. Hanley is the Firm’s Director of Global Communications and Corporate Engagement, which includes corporate citizenship and philanthropy, external and internal communications, as well as other global initiatives. Prior to KKR, Ms. Hanley worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she was a Managing Director working on the firm’s international expansion efforts, as well as Global Head of Marketing & Communications for the Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) business. She also served as a senior advisor and member of the executive committee to the TSS CEO. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Ms. Hanley served as press secretary for Hillary Clinton during her tenure as a U.S. Senator and during her presidential campaign. She received a B.A. from American University in Washington, DC.

Mark Basile

(New York) joined KKR in 2011 as a member of KKR Capital Markets. Prior to joining KKR, he was at Barclays, where worked in the Leveraged Finance and Restructuring & Finance Advisory groups and was involved in a broad range of merger and acquisition, leveraged finance and restructuring transactions. Arthur J. (A.J.) Brohinsky

(New York) joined KKR Capstone in 2009. He has worked with HCA, U.S. Foods, Accellent, SunGard, Del Monte, Unisteel, Biomet, Aricent, and First Data. Prior to KKR, he was a founding member of executive management with SmartOps Corporation, an enterprise software and services provider, where he led a range of functions including Finance, Product Management, and Strategic Business Development including the initiation and leadership of an alliance with SAP that facilitated the acquisition of the company by SAP.
