(Menlo Park) rejoined KKR in 2007, having previously worked for the Firm from 1995 to 1997, and is a member of the Technology industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He has been directly involved with the investments in Visma, Kodak, Sun Microsystems and Kindercare Learning Centers and serves on the board of Visma. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Chen was a Managing Director with Fox Paine & Company, Chief Executive Officer of ACMI Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer and co-Founder of Jamcracker, Inc.

Terence Lee

Singapore

(Singapore) joined KKR in 2010 and is a member of the Southeast Asia team. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Weststar Aviation Services and has been involved in KKR’s investments in Weststar Aviation Services, Masan Consumer, and Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food. Prior to joining KKR, he was with CVC Asia Pacific in Singapore, where he was involved in a number of private equity transactions. Prior to CVC, he was in investment banking and equity research with Morgan Stanley in Singapore and Lehman Brothers in New York. He holds a B.Sc.

Craig J. Farr

New York

(New York) joined KKR in 2006 and serves as Head of KKR Asset Management LLC. Mr. Farr also oversees KKR’s Capital Markets and origination business, having driven the build-out of its structuring, capital markets advisory, distribution and credit origination resources. Mr. Farr is a member of the firm’s Risk Committee. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Farr spent 12 years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. where he was promoted to Managing Director in 2001 and served as Co-Head of North American Equity Capital Markets. Mr.

Prior to joining KKR Capstone, he was with Bain & Co. in Chicago where he advised clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, industrials, and real estate. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from Northwestern University in Chemical Engineering, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was a Siebel Scholar and an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Chung Ho Park

Seoul

(Seoul) joined KKR in 2009 and is a member of the Private Equity platform. At KKR, Mr. Park has been involved with the firm’s activities in Korea and its investment in Oriental Brewery. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Park was a Vice President with TPG Capital where he was involved in the execution of investments in Australia, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, focusing primarily on the consumer, retail, financial services, media, and telecommunications sectors. Jason Ridloff

(New York) joined KKR in 2008 and is a member of KKR Asset Management, where he focuses on the mezzanine, middle market loan and rescue finance businesses. Mr. Ridloff previously worked at Credit Suisse/Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he was involved in a broad range of merger and acquisition, leveraged finance, restructuring, and merchant banking transactions. Tagar Olson

(New York) is a Member and Head of KKR’s Financial Services industry team within the Private Equity platform. Mr. Olson has played a significant role in the investments in Santander Consumer USA, First Data Corporation, KKR Debt Investors, Legg Mason, Visant, Capmark, KSL Holdings, KSL Recreation, Masonite, and Yellow Pages Group. Currently, he is on the board of directors of Santander Consumer USA, First Data and Visant. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Olson was with Evercore Partners Inc., where he was involved in a number of private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a B.S. and B.A.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert D. Gottlieb

Bob Gottlieb (New York) joined KKR in 2007 and is the Firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Gottlieb was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he served in a variety of human resource management, operational and administrative roles. He was previously a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and an operations executive at Bloomingdale’s. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
David Aung

(San Francisco) joined KKR in 2010 as an Associate at KKR Asset Management, where he focuses on portfolio analytics and risk. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Aung spent six years at Trust Company of the West, where he focused on fixed income risk and attribution. Mr. Aung holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles and a M.S. in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Charter Financial Analyst Institute.

Pete Stavros

New York

(New York) is a Member and Head of the Industrials industry team within KKR’s Private Equity platform. He has been actively involved with investments in Capsugel, Capital Safety and HCA and currently sits on the Boards of Capsugel and Capital Safety. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Stavros was with GTCR Golder Rauner, where he was involved in the execution of numerous investments in the health care sector. He holds an A.B. and B.S., magna cum laude, from Duke University and an M.B.A.
