David H. Petraeus

(Washington, DC) started working with KKR in 2013 and is Chairman of the KKR Global Institute. Gen. Petraeus is involved in the KKR investment process and oversees the Institute’s thought leadership platform focused on geopolitical and macro-economic trends, as well as environmental, social, and governance issues. Prior to joining KKR, Gen. Petraeus served over 37 years in the U.S. military, including command of coalition forces in Iraq, command of U.S. Central Command, and command of coalition forces in Afghanistan.

Peter Sundheim

New York

joined KKR in 2010 and is a member of the real estate team. Prior to the formation of a dedicated real estate group, Peter worked in the Firm's corporate private equity business as a member of the Media industry team. Prior to joining KKR, he was at KSL Capital Partners, a hospitality and leisure focused private equity firm. He holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Girish Reddy

New York

(New York) is a Member at KKR and co-founder of KKR Prisma, which previously conducted business as Prisma Capital Partners LP, and is currently KKR’s customized hedge fund solutions business. Mr. Reddy also oversees the KKR Prisma Investment Committee. Before starting KKR Prisma Mr. Reddy was a partner and co-head of equity derivatives at Goldman Sachs & Co, based in Europe. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Investment Officer of LOR Associates in Los Angeles.

Diane Raposio


(Sydney) joined KKR in 2013 and is a part of the KKR Client and Partner Group and the KKR Capital Markets team. Prior to joining KKR, she spent six years in the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets team at Deutsche Bank across London, Hong Kong and Sydney, including for the last few years heading their Leveraged Debt Capital Markets business in Australia & New Zealand and co-head of Sub-Investment Grade Credit business. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms.

Bjorn Ruwald


(London) joined KKR Capstone in 2010. He was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company's Copenhagen office, where he focused on the technology sector on a wide range of functional topics, including strategy, organization, and product development. Prior to this, Mr. Ruwald was an entrepreneur. At KKR Capstone, he is involved with Ambea. Mr. Ruwald holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, part of which he took at the Leonard N.

Hiro Hirano


(Tokyo) joined KKR in 2013 and is a Member and Chief Executive Officer of KKR Japan. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Hirano worked at AlixPartners as Japan Representative and Head of Financial Service in Asia. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Hirano led the principal investment arm of Nikko Cordial Group (now known as SMBC Nikko Securities) and became Chairman of Nikko Principal Investments. Mr. Hirano was directly involved with investments such as Tower Records Japan, Nikko Asset Management and Seibu Railways where he served as board member for these companies.

Sharon Yang

Hong Kong

joined KKR in 2009 and is a member of the Client and Partner Group. She has been involved in the Firm’s capital raising and capital markets activities, and currently is a product specialist focused on Asian private equity. Prior to joining KKR, she was with J.P. Morgan in New York. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia College.

Brett Tucker

New York

(New York) joined KKR in 2013 and is a member of KKR’s Global Macro and Asset Allocation team. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Tucker was a Principal at Tourmalet Advisors where he was the Head of Business Development for the firm's distressed residential mortgage funds and covered commodities and industrials for its long / short equity fund. Prior to his time at Tourmalet, he was a Principal and the Head of Trading at Pequot Capital Management, focusing on the firm's commodity and derivative investments. He is involved with KKR's investments in SunGard Data Systems, GoDaddy and Mitchell International, and a member of the board of directors of SunGard and Mitchell. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Park was with Apax Partners, where he focused on investments in technology and participated in transactions involving Epicor Software Corporation, Activant Solutions, Sophos Ltd and Paradigm Ltd. Sean Stevens

(New York) joined KKR in 2013 as a member of the Capital Solutions Group and is focused primarily on third party sponsor coverage. He is active in sourcing, structuring and executing capital markets transactions and principal investments for clients through MerchCap Solutions, KKR's third party client partnership with CPPIB and Stone Point Capital. Mr. Stevens was previously a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Groups of KeyBanc Capital Markets and, prior to that, Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
