Annette O'Donnell-Butner

Annette O’Donnell-Butner (San Francisco) joined KKR in February 2009 and is a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer for Public Markets. In this capacity she serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for KKR Credit. Previously, Ms. O’Donnell-Butner was senior vice president and deputy director of compliance private investment management for Lehman Brothers. Prior to that, she was a vice president of JP Morgan where she was responsible for creating estate plans for affluent clients including interpretive review of documents and trust and estate/generational planning strategies and techniques. Ms. O’Donnell-Butner holds a B.A. in political science from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She serves as a member of the Board of Visitors for the Political Science Department at The Pennsylvania State University.
