Cedric Lucas (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director for the North American Infrastructure team. Mr. Lucas leads KKR's power, renewable energy and utilities investing in North America. He has over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lucas was a senior vice president with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) in New York. At MIRA, he was responsible for originating, executing and overseeing investments in energy and utilities and served as a member of the boards of Aquarion Water Company and Leaf River Energy Center. Previously, Mr. Lucas was with Morgan Stanley in its global energy investment banking group in Houston. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lucas worked for Locus Technologies in the San Francisco Bay Area where he managed civil and environmental engineering projects for U.S. and European clients. Mr. Lucas holds an M.B.A. with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and is a registered Professional Engineer in California.
