Lucy Liu

Lucy Liu (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Managing Director in Global Client Solutions. She is the Deputy Chairperson of KKR Global Client Solutions in Asia Pacific and heads Global Client Solutions for Greater China. She has been actively involved in firm’s fundraising activities, co-investments and other business development activities in Greater China. She plays the lead coordinator role across the region for strategic clients. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Liu was vice president of J.P. Morgan Asset Management where she was responsible for China’s institutional businesses covering clients such as banks, insurers, government agencies, and selected companies. Prior to that, she held roles in finance and investment management for 16 years with Sinochem Corporation in Beijing, London and Hong Kong. She holds a B.A. from Shanghai Maritime University in China and an M.B.A. from City Business School (now Cass Business School), London. She is also a senior advisor for the Insurance Asset Management Association of China.
