Mike Shea

Michael T. Shea (New York) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Managing Director in KKR's Finance group. Mr. Shea is responsible for the firm's global financial close, accounting policy and analysis, corporate accounting and SEC financial reporting. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Shea was a manager within the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He received a B.S. in Accountancy along with a minor in Management Information Systems, magna cum laude, from Villanova University. Mr. Shea is a Certified Public Accountant.
