Sandra Ozola

Sandra Ozola (New York) joined KKR in 2009 and is the Global Head of Human Capital, where she leads KKR's people and talent function globally. Ms. Ozola brings more than twenty five years of experience in strategic human capital and talent management across multiple geographies. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Ozola held various senior HR roles at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in London and was the head of HR at Hansabank in Latvia. Ms. Ozola holds a BA from the University of Latvia and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ms. Ozola serves as a board member of the Cancer Research Institute, the nation's oldest non-profit focused solely on immunotherapy-based solutions to cancer.
