Sean Nelson

Sean Nelson (New York) joined KKR in 2010 and is a Managing Director in Global Client Solutions. Mr. Nelson is a relationship manager, covering the Southeast for KKR Global Wealth Solutions, which focuses on distributing KKR funds to advisors and clients of leading wealth platforms and registered investment advisors. He originally joined KKR as a member of the private markets strategy group focused on North American private equity and real assets. Prior to KKR, he worked at UBS Investment Bank in the media and communications group. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He serves on the Board of Trustees of The Altamont School in Birmingham, Alabama and is also an active volunteer and mentor in the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) program.
