Webster B. Chua

Webster Chua (New York) joined KKR in 2006. He leads the Services industry team within KKR’s Americas Private Equity platform. He is on the Americas Private Equity Investment Committee and the Investment Committees for KKR Core Investments. Mr. Chua has been involved in several key initiatives of the firm, including the development and launch of KKR’s Core Investments strategy. Mr. Chua is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Accuris (formerly S&P Engineering Solutions), apexanalytix, Ensono and Teaching Strategies and has been involved in KKR’s investments in First Data Corporation, IPREO, Marshall Wace and Visant Corporation, among others. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Goldman Sachs & Co. in its technology, media, and telecommunications investment banking group, where he was involved in a number of merger, acquisition, and financing transactions. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Chua is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Horace Mann School as well as the Board of Advisors of the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
