This week Financial News in London released their list of the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance for 2018 representing female executives driving change across Europe’s financial services industry, including KKR’s Tara Davies. The final group was selected from more than 500 eligible candidates. We congratulate Tara for being included in this list of accomplished women in the industry.

Tara was described by Financial News as: “KKR’s most senior female dealmaker in Europe, Davies was promoted to [Member] and named head of European infrastructure in November 2017. She has since overseen major deals including the purchase of a €1.8bn stake in Altice’s French telecoms towers business in June this year and the sale of a stake in Spanish car-park group Saba the following month. KKR is expanding its infrastructure division giving Davies considerably more firepower — the $191bn alternative asset manager in September closed its latest global infrastructure fund at $7.4bn, far surpassing its $3.1bn predecessor. Davies sits on the board of several KKR portfolio companies including smart-metering business Calvin Capital and Spanish solar power company X-Elio. The Australian joined KKR in 2016 after 17 years at Macquarie Group, latterly as head of infrastructure mergers and acquisitions.”
