Jean-Pierre Saad

Jean-Pierre Saad (London) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Partner on the European Private Equity team where he co-leads TMT activities. He is a member of the European Private Equity Investment Committee, Portfolio Management Committee and Next Generation Technology Growth Investment Committee. Mr. Saad has played a significant role in many of KKR’s investments, including Contabo, Koerber Supply Chain Software, Cegid, Devoteam, Masmovil, Exact, OVH, SoftwareONE and United Group. He was previously involved with NXP Semiconductors, Acteon, Van Gansewinkel and Legrand. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Contabo, Koerber Supply Chain Software, Cegid, Devoteam, Masmovil, Exact and OVH. Prior to joining the firm, he worked on the TMT team of Lehman Brothers in London. Mr. Saad holds a Grande Ecole degree from HEC Paris as well as an Engineering degree with high distinction in Computer and Communications from the American University of Beirut.
