Nishant Kachawa (New York) joined KKR in 2018 and oversees quantitative asset allocation for strategic partnerships and KKR's balance sheet. Additionally, he is responsible for systematic portfolio construction in KKR's Private Markets portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Kachawa worked at Strategic Investment Group as a quantitative analyst focusing on systematic global macro, alternative risk premium and asset allocation strategies. Previously, Nishant worked at Deutsche Bank as a global macro proprietary trader focusing on liquid futures and currencies. Nishant holds a Master of Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Minor in Computer Science) from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
