Usman Rabbani (Menlo Park) is KKR's Global Head of Innovation and Technology and a member of the Americas, Europe, and Asia Private Equity Investment Committees. In this capacity, he works with investment teams across geographies and sectors to assess the impact of disruption and technology on new investments. He also oversees technology related value creation priorities across the global KKR portfolio, including digital transformation, cyber security, technology governance and talent, and strategic partner relationships. Mr. Rabbani has worked on many of KKR’s investments in technology and software globally, including EPIC Games, Epicor, BMC, Calabrio, Reliance Jio Platforms, Jitterbit, 1-800-contacts, MYOB, SofwareOne, OVH, Exact Software, Latitude Financial, DevoTeam, Pepper Financial and others. Previously, Mr. Rabbani was a partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader in McKinsey's technology and digital groups. Before that, he was Founder and CTO of a cloud video surveillance platform, an enterprise IT architect at Pfizer, and a software developer at Scient and Massachusetts General Hospital. Mr. Rabbani earned an M.B.A. at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Computer Science at Harvard University, and a B.A. in Computer Science and Psychology at Yale University.
