Amy Liu

Amy Liu (Singapore) joined KKR in 2026 and is a Director on the Legal team, focusing on private markets investments across Southeast Asia, Greater China and Korea. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Liu was a Legal Director at DayOne, where she advised on data center development, financing and corporate governance matters. Previously, she was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Beijing and Hong Kong, where she advised clients, including KKR, on M&A, private equity and general corporate matters. Ms. Liu received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A., with honors, from Grinnell College.
