Andre Serpa

Andre Serpa (London) joined KKR in 2026 as EMEA Head of Treasury. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Serpa was a director for EQT, serving as the head of liquidity management, where he focused on liquidity strategy, capital efficiency, and fund financing across private markets. His experience also includes BlackRock, where he supported the launch of European private credit funds and helped optimize cash management across global private credit funds. Mr. Serpa holds a BSc in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and is a CFA charter holder.
