Andrew Phillips

Andrew Phillips (New York) joined KKR in 2025 and leads Insurance Solutions for North America. Insurance Solutions develops investment solutions for KKR’s insurance clients by combining expertise in insurance ALM, accounting, and regulatory considerations with KKR’s broader investment platform. Insurance Solutions also serves as a resource to clients on portfolio optimization, peer analysis, and industry trends. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Phillips was a senior member of BlackRock's insurance solutions team, and began his career as an annuity pricing actuary at Lincoln Financial Group. He also volunteers as a member of the Investment Analysis Subcommittee within the American Academy of Actuaries. Mr. Phillips graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics, and is both a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a CFA charterholder.
