Anne Arlinghaus

Anne Arlinghaus (New York) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Partner and Co-Head of Capstone in the Americas. Ms. Arlinghaus works with KKR investment teams to evaluate new investments and drive value creation efforts with portfolio company management teams. She leads KKR’s Human Capital Center, which operationalizes broad-based employee ownership and human capital value creation across KKR’s portfolio companies. Ms. Arlinghaus is a member of the Americas Portfolio Management Committee. She has been involved with a number of KKR portfolio companies including U.S. Foods, First Data Corporation, Sedgwick, Mr. Cooper, RBmedia, OverDrive, Apple Leisure Group, Beacon Pointe Advisors, PlayOn! Sports, Simon & Schuster, Integrated Specialty Coverages, Captive Resources, and Janney Montgomery Scott. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Arlinghaus worked for McKinsey and Company. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar and a B.A. with honors from Vanderbilt University.
