Anneliese van Zutphen
Managing Director Capstone LondonAnneliese van Zutphen (London) joined KKR Capstone in 2025 as a Managing Director. In this role, she focuses on value creation and active asset ownership across KKR’s European infrastructure portfolio and serves on the boards of Greenvolt, Caruna, and Northumbrian Water. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. van Zutphen spent five years with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, within the infrastructure asset management team of North Haven Infrastructure Partners, as a managing director in the Amsterdam office. She was a member of the investment committee, co-led the European asset management teams, and held four board directorships across MSIP portfolio companies. Since 2015, Ms. van Zutphen has served as a non-executive board member on private and public companies, including chairing and committee leadership roles across audit, remuneration, and nomination committees. Earlier in her career, Ms. van Zutphen was a partner and managing director at The Boston Consulting Group, following a 10-year career at McKinsey & Company. Across both firms, she advised leading corporates and private equity sponsors on strategy, large-scale transformations, and performance improvement across sectors. Ms. van Zutphen holds a Master’s degree in American Studies from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
