Brett Kelly
Managing Director, Co-Head of U.S. Asset Management
Brett Kelly (New York) joined KKR in 2013 and is the Co-Head of Asset Management of KKR’s Real Estate Equity business in the Americas. He sits on KKR’s Real Estate Portfolio Management Committee in the Americas and KKR’s Real Estate Valuation Committee. He previously helped establish KKR’s San Francisco Real Estate team and its West Coast acquisition activities from 2016 until 2021. From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Kelly led the build-out of its lodging platform and acquisition activities. Prior to joining KKR, he worked at AREA Property Partners and Lazard Frères & Co. Mr. Kelly graduated from Cornell University, magna cum laude, from the School of Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate. Mr. Kelly is an active member of the AHLA Hospitality Investment Roundtable.
