Christopher Denune
Managing Director, Global Head of Fund Controllership
Christopher Denune (New York) joined KKR in 2024 and is Global Head of Fund Controllership. He is responsible for fund accounting and financial reporting across the firm’s third party and discretionary funds. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Denune spent 14 years at JP Morgan Private Bank, where he served as managing director and global head of the alternative funds controller, tax, and regulatory reporting teams. He subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer of JP Morgan Wealth Management Solutions, which spanned the deposits, lending, mortgage, insurance & annuities, trusts & estates, and investments businesses. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Mr. Denune held roles in “Big 4” public accounting and private equity. He holds a CPA and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
