Cristina Serna

Cristina Serna (Madrid) joined KKR in 2018 and is a member of the European Private Equity team, focused on the portfolio management and execution of new investments across sectors, with a focus on Spain. She has been involved in the firm´s investments in Grupo Alvic, Masmovil, GeneraLife and IVIRMA as well as in various follow-on transactions including Orange Spain and Euskaltel for Masmovil and Eugin North America for IVIRMA. Ms. Serna currently serves on the Board of Directors of Grupo Alvic and IVIRMA. Prior to joining KKR, she worked at Blackstone Advisory Partners and PJT Partners in London, focusing on M&A acquisitions and debt restructuring. Ms. Serna holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from ESADE.
