Cristina Serna

Cristina Serna (Madrid) joined KKR in 2018 and is a member of the European Private Equity team, focused on the portfolio management and execution of new investments across sectors, with a focus on Spain. She has been involved in the firm´s investments in Grupo Alvic, Masmovil and its follow on acquisition Euskaltal, and JV with Organ Spain, fertility clinics sector, including GeneraLife and IVIRMA. Ms. Serna currently serves on the Board of Directors of Grupo Alvic, Masmovil and IVIRMA. Prior to joining KKR, she worked at Blackstone Advisory Partners and PJT Partners in London, focusing on M&A acquisitions and debt restructuring. Ms. Serna holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from ESADE.
