Doc O'Connor

David “Doc” O’Connor (New York) joined KKR in 2026 and is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. O’Connor directs firm strategy and governance and oversees the Sports strategy. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. O’Connor was the president and chief executive officer of the Madison Square Garden Company, where he oversaw all aspects of MSG’s entertainment and sports business operations. Prior to joining MSG, Mr. O’Connor spent more than 30 years at Creative Artists Agency, where he served as managing partner of the world-wide entertainment and sports agency and led the expansion of the agency with the creation of CAA Sports. Mr. O’Connor graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in English and Film Studies.
