Erika Rodriguez

Erika Rodriguez (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2021 and is a Director. Ms. Rodriguez helps implement the firm’s sustainability work across its investment portfolio, particularly in Asia Pacific. She has a diverse set of sustainability-focused experiences, including roles at FWD Group, ERM, Patagonia, International Flavors & Fragrances, PVH Corp., and Eileen Fisher. She also brings exposure to relevant NGOs and standard-setting bodies such as Carbonfund.org and the US Green Building Council. Born in the Philippines, she has lived and worked for multinational companies headquartered in Washington, D.C., New York, California, London, Manila, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. She holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy (MPA ESP) from Columbia University.
