Giovanni Spingardi

Giovanni Spingardi (London) joined KKR in 2020 and is a Director on the Asset Based Finance team within the firm’s Credit business, focused on investments across the capital structure in financial services, specialty finance, performing and non-performing loan portfolios, and other asset-backed opportunities. Mr. Spingardi serves on the Board of Directors of several KKR portfolio companies, including NewDay, Hipoges and Jaja Finance. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Spingardi was part of the special situations group at Bain Capital. Mr. Spingardi started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was predominantly focused on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions for financial institutions. Mr. Spingardi holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.
