Grace Koo (New York) joined KKR in October 2020 as the Head of Talent Acquisition on the Human Capital team. Before joining KKR, Ms. Koo spent 4 years as the head of talent acquisition at AQR, based in Greenwich, CT and previously, two decades in capital markets at Credit Suisse and Bankers Trust, as a structured derivatives specialist covering institutional and retail investors across equity and fixed income markets. Ms. Koo holds a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
