Grace Koo (New York) joined KKR in 2020 and became Global Head of Human Capital in 2025. Prior to this role, she served as the Head of Talent Acquisition on the Human Capital team. Before joining KKR, Ms. Koo spent four years as the head of talent acquisition at AQR, based in Greenwich, CT and previously, two decades in capital markets at Credit Suisse and Bankers Trust, as a structured derivatives specialist covering institutional and retail investors across equity and fixed income markets. Ms. Koo holds a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
