John Stott

John Stott (Boston) joined KKR in 2026 and is a member of the CPS team and is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Stott directs investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Keystone strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Stott served as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company, where he provided strategic, organizational, and growth insights to private equity firms. Previously, he was a partner at Landmark Partners, helping execute the firm’s private equity strategy in North America. At Landmark, he sourced, structured, and evaluated minority stake transactions across buyout, venture, and special situations funds. Mr. Stott originally joined Landmark as an associate focused on direct investments before rejoining the firm following his MBA. Mr. Stott began his career as an investment banking analyst at Boenning & Scattergood (now Janney Montgomery Scott). He received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a BS in Finance from Cabrini University.
