Josh Metz

Josh Metz (New York) joined KKR in 2020 and is a Director on the Global Client Solutions team. He serves as Head of Wirehouse and Platform Distribution. In this role, he leads a team of Relationship Managers across the U.S., who are focused on distributing KKR funds to advisors and clients of leading private wealth platforms. Previously, Mr. Metz held the responsibility of managing the Central Division of the Wirehouse Sales team and served as a Relationship Manager, where he oversaw private wealth capital raising efforts across the Midwest U.S. Prior to joining KKR, he was an executive director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) where he was responsible for Midwest alternative investment business development in the wealth advisory channel. Before joining MSIM, he held the position of vice president in the alternative investment group at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he was responsible for fundraising activities involving proprietary and third-party managers across various alternative investment strategies. Prior to that, he worked as a senior analyst in the global markets intelligence group at Ipreo. Mr. Metz holds a B.A. in finance and accounting from Indiana University and is a CFA Charterholder.
