Michael Morreale

Michael Morreale (Boston) joined KKR in 2024 and is the Head of Private Credit Operations. In this role, he leads a global team that manages ABF and direct lending operations across the firm’s insurance and asset management business segments. He previously served as Head of ABF Operations at Global Atlantic, where he was responsible for building and enhancing operational process flows supporting real estate, specialty finance, and transportation assets. He earned an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University.
