Nisha Awasthi

Nisha Awasthi (Gurugram) joined KKR in 2023 as the Head of the Gurugram office. She is also the Global Head of Enterprise Systems and Technology for APAC. In her role, she is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s global enterprise systems strategy, leading technology delivery across the APAC region, and driving the direction, strategy, and culture of the Gurugram office in alignment with KKR’s firm-wide priorities. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Awasthi held multiple leadership roles at BlackRock India, including head of financial markets advisory, head of human resources, and head of Aladdin wealthtech. Driven by her passion to pay it forward, she also led the women's initiative network and several DEI initiatives for BlackRock India to support mentorship and development of junior talent. Prior to joining BlackRock, she worked with Energizer India, where she was responsible for financial analysis, supply chain, and inventory management for the firm. Ms. Awasthi holds an MBA in Finance from Pune University.
