Noah Greenhill (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is a Managing Director and General Counsel for KKR’s Credit & Markets business. In this role, he leads a global legal team across New York, San Francisco, London, and Singapore, with responsibility for providing transactional and strategic legal support to KKR’s leveraged credit, direct lending, asset-backed finance, junior debt, and strategic investment teams. Previously, Mr. Greenhill was managing director and global general counsel for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Prior to that, he served as general counsel for global alternative funds at J.P. Morgan and general counsel of Highbridge Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Greenhill served as a law clerk for the Hon. Wilfred Feinberg of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Greenhill holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia College and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and Senior Editor of the Columbia Law Review. He is an Emeritus Board member for the Hetrick-Martin Foundation, which supports underprivileged LGBTQ youth in New York City.
