Rafael Rivera
Director Capstone New York
Rafael Rivera (New York) joined KKR in 2024 and is a member of the Capstone team. He is part of the Human Capital Center, focused on driving employee engagement and effectively implementing broad-based ownership programs across the KKR portfolio. Additionally, Mr. Rivera plays a leadership role in KKR's Hispanic and Latino Employee Resource Group. Before joining KKR, he served as an associate partner at McKinsey & Company, where his expertise covered large-scale transformation projects, specializing in organizational design and change management, as well as significant public and social sector engagements. Mr. Rivera worked in McKinsey's New York, Dubai (UAE), Mumbai (India), and Mexico City (Mexico) offices. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with distinction, and an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School. He graduated as valedictorian with a BA in Economics from Tecnologico de Monterrey.
