Spencer Ingle

Spencer Ingle (New York) joined KKR in 2015 and is a Managing Director in KKR Capital Markets. He is a senior member of the Equity Solutions team, leading execution across all strategies with global focus on Infrastructure and Credit co-invest. Additionally, he oversees coordination of secondary activity across strategies / KKR pools (continuation vehicles, fund/co-invest repurchases, etc.). He originally joined KKR as a member of the private markets fundraising team focused on Private Equity, Infrastructure and Energy Real Assets. He has worked on the execution of private placements in support of many of KKR’s acquisitions and credit investments including Atlantic Aviation, Cotiviti, Coty/Wella, Global Atlantic, Lyft, Quick Quack, and NextEra Energy. Prior to joining KKR, he worked at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch in its debt private placements and equity capital markets groups, where he was involved in capital raising and advisory across industries. He holds an A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is a volunteer and junior board member of Harlem Academy.
