Yuta Okada

Yuta Okada (Tokyo) joined KKR in 2021 and is a member of the Private Equity team. Mr. Okada has been involved with the firm’s investments in Fujisoft, Yayoi, Logisteed (formerly Hitachi Transport System), Alps Logistics (bolt-on acquisition for Logisteed), KOKUSAI ELECTRIC (formerly Hitachi Kokusai Electric) and Marelli Holdings. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Okada was with the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley in Tokyo where he was involved in a variety of domestic and cross border merger and acquisition transactions. He holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in Quantitative Economics and Biology from Tufts University.
