Making an ImpactAt KKR, everything we do is grounded in our Shared Success philosophy—the belief that progress is strongest when everyone benefits. We share value with those who help create it: employees, investors, and the communities we serve. One example is our investment in Metronet, in partnership with T-Mobile, which is helping deliver high-speed internet to millions of underserved homes—expanding access to education, opportunity, and local growth. By investing in digital infrastructure, we’re strengthening communities and the connections that power them. This is Shared Success in action.
