Midstream infrastructure plays a critical role in the natural gas value chain, connecting upstream production to end users through a network of processing, transportation, and storage assets.

KKR Infrastructure identified an opportunity to bring together complementary midstream platforms to create Pembina Gas Infrastructure (PGI), an integrated platform that serves a meaningful portion of Western Canada’s natural gas market.

By consolidating these businesses into a single, scaled platform, we believe PGI is well positioned to drive higher utilization and capture the region’s growing demand for natural gas infrastructure.
