Amy Alcock

Amy Alcock (London) joined KKR in 2014 and is a Principal on the Compliance team. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Alcock was at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she managed a team of paralegals, covering all aspects of corporate law. Prior to that, she was at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she worked as sole paralegal on a number of M&A, securities, and capital markets transactions. Ms. Alcock holds an LLB from Durham University, an LLM in European & International Human Rights Law from the University of Leeds, and the Certificate in Corporate Finance Regulation from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
