Anson Byun
Principal
Anson Byun (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is a member of the Technology, Engineering, and Data team. Prior to joining KKR, he was a principal consultant and functioned in a variety of roles, including technical delivery manager and customer success manager for Appian Corporation, focusing on healthcare and various holistic care management technologies. He also previously worked as a financial services technology consultant with IHS Markit and Black Mountain Systems, and started his career in Morgan Stanley's technology division. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
