Bhavi Sanghvi (Mumbai) joined KKR in 2022 as General Counsel for India. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Sanghvi was with AZB for 16 years, where she served as a partner for eight years. Ms. Sanghvi has extensive experience in private equity and M&A transactions, and spearheaded AZB’s knowledge management efforts, including automation and precedents database. She is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
