Carmen Li (Shanghai) joined KKR in 2023 and is a Principal on the Human Capital team, where she focuses on supporting China. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Li was a director covering the technology and investment management divisions at Morgan Stanley China. Previously, she was a senior HR business partner at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles APAC, covering finance and the commercial operations divisions. She holds a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
