Cathy He

Cathy (Sining) He (Tokyo) joined KKR in 2018 and is a member of the Private Equity team and Global Impact team. She is also a member of the Asia Healthcare team. Ms. He has been involved with the firm’s investment in PHC Holdings (formerly Panasonic Healthcare) and bolt-on acquisitions, Yayoi, and Bushu Pharmaceuticals. She is currently a member of the Board of Auditor for Yayoi. Prior to joining KKR, she worked on J.P. Morgan’s investment banking team, where she was involved in a number of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and financing projects. She holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Tokyo.
