Cathy He

Cathy (Sining) He (Tokyo) joined KKR in November 2018 and focuses on private equity and global impact investing. She is a member of the Asia Healthcare team. At KKR, Ms. He has led investments in Yayoi and Forum Engineering, and has been involved in investments in Bushu Pharmaceuticals and PHC Holdings among others. Ms. He currently serves as a Board of Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) of Forum Engineering, and as a Board of Auditor of Yayoi. Prior to joining KKR, she was with the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan Securities Japan, where she focused on cross-border M&A and global financing transactions, primarily within the financial institutions group covering banks and insurance companies. Ms. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
