Claudia Coppola

Claudia Coppola (London) joined KKR in 2021 and is a Director on the Human Capital team with responsibility for the EMEA region. Ms. Coppola brings almost 20 years of experience in a wide range of strategic human capital roles across different geographies. Prior to joining KKR, she spent 16 years at Citi, where she was the EMEA HR head for the transaction services business. Prior to that role, she supported the sales and trading division and also worked in early talent acquisition, employee relations and compensation. She holds a Master's in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Italy.
