Dru Kleinfeld

Dru Kleinfeld (New York) joined KKR in 2018 and is a member of the Human Capital team, where she supports the Private Markets Investing businesses and Capstone. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Kleinfeld spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley, where she was an executive director leading HR for the investment banking division. Previous to that role, she supported the fixed income division and also worked in campus recruitment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
