Evan Kaufman

Evan Kaufman (New York) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Director on the Global Impact team, focused on investing in businesses that promote commercial solutions to global issues associated with climate action, lifelong learning, sustainable living and inclusive growth. Mr. Kaufman is responsible for developing investment themes, originating and executing new investment opportunities and providing ongoing portfolio company support. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Kaufman worked across investing, mergers & acquisitions advisory and public policy, including with Summit Partners, Lazard Frères and the White House. Mr. Kaufman holds a B.S., with honors, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He serves on the board of the United Way of New York City, is a David Rockefeller Fellow of the Partnership for New York City and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations Corporate Leader Program.
