Federica Gironi (London) joined KKR Capital Markets (KCM) in 2013. Since joining KCM, Ms. Gironi has worked on a variety of the firm's transactions across leveraged finance and infrastructure debt, including Viridor, Adnoc, Telxius, Q Park, ELL, Deutsche Glasfaser, Calvin Capital, Flora Food, Webhelp, PortAventura, United Group, Bond Aviation, and equity, including the IPO of SMCP and Pets at Home. Prior to joining KCM, she was a vice president at Citigroup's leveraged finance group and has previously also worked in the mergers and acquisition division. Ms. Gironi holds an M.Sc., summa cum laude, in Accounting and Corporate Finance from L. Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
