Hilary McNamara

Hilary McNamara (New York) joined KKR in 2011 and is a Managing Director on the Human Capital team, where she focuses on Total Reward and Human Capital Technology. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. McNamara managed global mobility compensation at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Prior to her tenure at Marsh & McLennan, she held a variety of HR roles at Lehman Brothers in New York and London, including managing global mobility and the employee equity award program. Ms. McNamara holds a B.A. from The College of William & Mary and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
