Ian Williamson

Ian Williamson (London) joined KKR in 2021 as Managing Director and Head of KKR Core Plus Real Estate in Europe. Previously, Mr. Williamson worked at BlackRock for nearly four years, where he was the portfolio manager for the BlackRock Eurozone Core Property Fund, owning overall responsibility for the Fund. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2018, Mr. Williamson was a regional director and a fund manager at LaSalle Investment Management. He had primary responsibility for driving the performance and growth of the LaSalle Encore+ Fund, as well as oversight of the asset management. Mr. Williamson has worked within the real estate industry in Europe for two decades, where he has been primarily focused on acquisitions and asset management in Continental Europe. He earned a BSc degree from the University of Reading in 2001, a MSc degree in Land Management in 2002 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS in 2004.
