Mr. Werst (Frankfurt) joined KKR in 2020 and is a Principal on the European real estate team. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Werst was an investment associate at Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen, where he focused on private equity investments. Prior to that, he was an investment manager at PATRIZIA Alternative Investments and a restructuring consultant at Roland Berger. He holds an MSc in Finance from European Business School Oestrich-Winkel and a BA in Banking and Finance from Cooperative State University Baden-Wuerttemberg. He is a CFA® charterholder.
