Chen (Jason) Wang (Beijing) joined KKR in 2012 and is a member of the Greater China Private Equity team, where he leads the firm's efforts in Consumer & Retail and selected New Energy sectors. Mr. Wang has played a significant role in KKR’s investments in Bytedance, Gambol Pet Group, ZJLD Group, Sunner Development, VATS Liquor Chain, Ruichen Pet Vet Chain, Natural Pet Food Group, Xingsheng, Hangzhou Adopt A Cow, United Envirotech (now known as CITIC Envirotech), Jiangsu Yuguan Modern Agriculture, and Sylvan Biotech. He was also actively involved in United Envirotech’s acquisition of Memstar. Mr. Wang is a board member of Gambol, Natural Pet Food Group, Sylvan, and Ruichen. Mr. Wang holds a B.A. in Economics from Tsinghua University, and used to serve as the President of the 14th Finance Association of Tsinghua.
